We, the Uk-to-UA company, are engaged in the delivery of passengers, parcels, documents, furniture, equipment, from England to Ukraine and vice versa. Thanks to our experience since 2010 and the ability to insure your cargo, you do not have to worry that documents, valuables or parcels to relatives will be damaged, disassembled or lost.
Delivery across Ukraine to any corner of the country where Nova Poshta reaches.
Delivery and collection of parcels in London is targeted. We inform you about the time and place in advance by phone.
We can also come to any other city to collect your parcel (by prior arrangement).
There is no direct delivery from Scotland and Ireland, but we can send/receive by post in London.
Services for purchases on Ebay and other online stores with delivery to an address in the UK and further delivery to Ukraine. We can also pay for your purchases in Paypal, Visa, Mastercard online stores.
We can also help you with the paperwork for your pets, with further delivery to England.
All your personal requests or orders are fulfilled by separate agreement and cost.

How to send?

How to send from Ukraine?
Send a parcel to Chernivtsi by new mail. In the parcel, be sure to put a sheet where you indicate the postcode (index), address and phone number of the recipient in England.

How to send from England?
In order for us to pick up the parcel, it is enough to send your postcode in a regular SMS to 07983490169. You will receive a reply SMS with information about the day and approximate time of arrival.

Restrictions on transport:

We transport everything that is not strictly prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine, the EU, and the UK.
It is strictly forbidden to transport tobacco products, alcohol, and potent medicines.
We make a cursory inspection of parcels before dispatch on a mandatory basis. If we find anything prohibited, we dispose of it. We do not answer the question "why" in the future.

The cost of delivery:

Price for London: £2/kg, minimum £25.
For example: a parcel weighs 2kg - the delivery cost will be £25. Parcel weight 9kg - delivery cost 25£. Parcel weight 25kg - delivery cost 25*2=50£.

Any other city outside London (beyond M25): £2.5/kg, minimum £45-50.

The cost of delivery of furniture, kitchen and laundry appliances, TV, smartphones is discussed individually in each case.
The cost of transporting bulky items is £250 per cubic metre.

The cost of delivery includes: collection, delivery to Ukraine and within Ukraine.

From Ukraine - delivery Chernivtsi - address in England.

Travel schedule:

We go twice a month. Every other week.

Specify specific dates before sending.

Delivery to any point of Ukraine from Friday to Sunday of the next week after parcel collection.
